The workaround seems to be as follows:
Solved! This happened after upgrading to 26.01
I went to Settings > Privacy and Security > Scroll to the bottom for Accessories and changed it from "Always Allow" to "Always Ask" I replugged my External Disks and I was asked to "Allow Accessory" Clicked ok and now it works.
Then I reset the Preference back to “Always Allow” Accessories.
Restarted and all of my Drives mounted.
Apple will likely release an updated version of Tahoe once enough people report the issue.

Having upgraded my 2024 Mac Mini (M4 chip) to Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2, the option “Accessories” doesn't appear under “Privacy and Security”. The solution above only applies to MacBook's.
My Glyph Atom EV Portable NVMe SSD appears in System Information under the Thunderbolt/USB4 section.
Having checked Finder's Settings also - the checkbox for displaying external hard drives/disks is checked.
Is there a workaround for Mac Mini's at all?
Is there any update from Glyph at all?
I have a number of Pro Tools/Luna sessions that I would rather not lose through reformatting the drive.
The drive doesn't appear when running “diskutil list”, but as mentioned above, appears in System Information.
Any help in getting the drive to mount would be greatly appreciated.
